
We only offer personal training by appointment, not in a gym, so there are no sticky beaks looking at you, queues for equipment, or time-wasting. You could train before or after work or in your lunch hour, 100% flexible around your requirements.
Sessions can be 30 Minutes or 1 hour.
Initial session
At your initial session, we have you meet your trainer so you can get a sense of their personality, training style and how you will work together as a team. It is really important that you feel comfortable as you will be working closely together. During your initial session, goals are set and fitness assessment s done. Your trainer then works with you to design a suitable program. This set-up period is important as you discover where you are starting at and map out how to get where you want to be.
Your program
Programs typically involve Cardio work to improve fitness, Resistance Training (weights) to improve strength and build lean muscle, and stretches to maintain or increase flexibility. Other components will depend upon your needs and interests. Some activities we’ve done with our clients include using weights, circuit training, boxing, water workouts in local pools (deep and shallow water running) and running/walking.or cycling.
Equipment
Your trainer will bring equipment as needed for your workout. At Body By Shai we believe you are the key to your workout and structure the session (including equipment) around your needs and goals. Our trainers take an innovative approach to training and are constantly on the look out for new and exciting ways to challenge you and your body with our mobile PT packs/equipment.
